Ziaja wanted to provide a complete overhaul of the onsite search. First, they struggled with unclear search results, so customers had trouble finding exact matches. The company also wanted to provide specific product suggestions to make searching even easier and to make searches generate conversions.

After switching to Luigi’s Box, Ziaja started using Luigi’s Box Search on their website. It’s designed to gather product catalog data flawlessly and correctly identify search queries in various languages to provide the most accurate results. Furthermore, customers can rely on Autocomplete to show them results before they hit the search button.

Decreasing no search results with precise phrases

One specific problem with Ziaja’s previous search solution caused searches without results whenever the customers entered highly specific search queries into the search bar. Searches without results were unnecessary because the products were available, but the search couldn’t find them and instead showed no results.

The original search had difficulty finding the right product among the portfolio of over 700 cosmetics products, with many being similar. For example, Vitamin C products alone were plentiful, and search usually didn’t pick the one customers wanted to find even if they used more specific search queries.

Luigi’s Box swiftly solved this problem thanks to accurate No Result Prevention, Synonyms, and other essential features. Luigi’s Box Search quickly processes any entered search query, while Synonyms allows it to process the query even if customers use different words in their searches.
