While Muziker was already a successful brick-and-mortar and online store that uses our products to improve the shopping experience, they wanted to go even further. When we introduced our new product called Luigi’s Box Shopping Assistant, Muziker immediately wanted to include it on their website. They wanted to address a couple of challenges with advanced shopping assistance directly in product categories.
Muziker wanted to improve the user experience for non-expert shoppers by helping them find the best product without requiring them to study complex product specifications or technical parameters.
Luigi’s Box and Muziker solved this by developing a guided assistant experience that asks simple, user-oriented questions instead of listing specs. Questions like “What type of instrument do you want?” or “What level player are you?” help direct shoppers toward the right products. At the end of the flow, the Assistant recommends one top product and a few suitable alternatives, which is ideal for the shoppers unfamiliar with the category.

Increasing turnover in the Keys category
Muziker aimed to increase turnover by at least 10% in the Keys product category. They needed a way to boost performance within this segment and wanted clear evidence that the chosen approach would deliver measurable results.
To address this, Luigi’s Box Shopping Assistant was implemented in the Keys category. Muziker and Luigi’s Box conducted an A/B test, comparing one version of the page using the Assistant and another without it. The results, focused on revenue and conversions, demonstrated a positive impact, confirming Luigi’s Box Shopping Assistant’s value in helping users find relevant products and boosting category performance.
Reducing product returns with minimal UI changes
Muziker was looking for a way to reduce product returns by helping users choose better-suited products, but without making noticeable or disruptive changes to the UI of the category page.
The best choice is determined by evaluating the customer’s answers.
Luigi’s Box Shopping Assistant was integrated as a compact element within the category page. Despite its minimal presence, the Assistant significantly improved decision-making for shoppers. With more appropriate purchases being made, Muziker experienced a drop in return rates and an increase in customer satisfaction, even though exact return data was not shared.
Maintaining control over product presentation
Muziker required full control over how the Shopping Assistant functioned, including the ability to choose which questions were asked and which products were recommended without needing technical assistance.

Luigi’s Box addressed this by including a Dialog Builder as one of Luigi’s Box Shopping Assistant features. This feature allows the Muziker team to build and modify question flows and product suggestions with ease. The Assistant isn’t a generic chatbot, but a guided selling tool that Muziker can fully manage, ensuring tailored customer guidance.
Once Muziker deployed Luigi’s Box Shopping Assistant, the shopping experience improved with guided selling in the Keys product category. Luigi’s Box Shopping Assistant brought a conversion uplift of more than 13%, and a revenue uplift of almost 18%. The results were revealed during an A/B test that ran for 46 days.
